Cultivating an outdoor space at your home that helps you feel more connected with nature, relax, and unwind can be a wonderful way to self-care! Growing your own clean food, or delicious and fragrant herbs is a great option. Or, if you would rather nurture beautiful blooms and entice pollinators to visit your yard! Watching these small creatures go about their daily routines can be very soothing.
